Application for Online Enrolment.
Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Our Lady of Mt Carmel Coorparoo. Please find the link below to your child's online application for enrolment.
You will need to click on the link, enter and review the required details, complete and submit the form.
If applying for enrolment for more than one student, when the form is completed, an option will be available to submit another enrolment for each additional student.

To lodge an application for your child, please remember to send:
- Fully completed Application for Enrolment form (see above)
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
- Photocopy of most recent school report and NAPLAN (if applicable)
These additional documents can be emailed, posted or hand delivered to the school.

Prep Year Enrolments
You are welcome and encouraged to complete an enrolment form for 2023 and beyond.
- Children born July 1 2018 to June 30 2019 are eligible for Prep 2024
- Children born July 1 2019 to June 30 2020 are eligible for Prep 2025
Prep enrolments for 2025 close Friday 23 February, 2023.
- Interviews are conducted by the Admin team between March and May
- Early Years Open Afternoon is scheduled for 3.30pm on Wednesday, March 20
- Offers for positions in prep are emailed by late May. Confirmation of enrolment form will be forwarded with a request for a $300 non-refundable payment (this is deducted from term 1 school fees).
- Prep orientation is conducted early November
- Other grade enrolments happen across the year. These positions are offered if positions become available through pupils leaving.
